It is Compulsory for all B.Ed. students to attend all the classes and activities held during the academic session.
No Leave will be permitted during main activities viz. Micro Teaching, Block Open Air and Practice Teaching.
No Activities will be repeated for any student under any circumstances. If any student misses any activity, he/she will be responsible for it & will lose the marks allotted for it.
80% of Attendance is compulsory. Every student teacher will be allowed to appear in the annual examination only on completing the required attendance as prescribed by the university.
Any kind of leave will not be granted while Practice Teaching and other Teaching Programme in College, and Student teachers who remains absent will automatically exclude himself/herself from appearing in the annual examination.
Irregularity in attendance will affect marks allotted for all activities.
If demo Lesson is not attended some marks will be deducted.
If any one is absent for 3 days, he/she will sign in all Lecturer’s Diaries and will give Application for the same.
If any student is absent for more than 3 days he will have to take permission from Principal Sir to attend the class.
As per instructions, every Student teacher will have to come in the prescribed Uniform.
On Thursday student teacher can come in civil dress.
Every student teacher is expected to maintain decorum & good conduct within the college campus.
The College timings are 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.
If a student is absent for seven days continuously without permission, his/her name would be cut from the register. He/She will have to get it re-entered in the register after paying a fine of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).
It is compulsory for the students to be present in the prayer service as well as all the classes.
It is compulsory for the students to be present in P.T. and physical education classes, social service, games, S.U.P.W. educational camp, educational tour, and block teaching.
According to the rules of the University, U.G.C. and N.C.T.E., it is compulsory to have 200 (Two hundred only) working days and 80% (Eighty percent only) attendance.
Students admitted to the college shall not be allowed to appear for any examination other than the one for which they have joined the college.
Every candidate for admission must satisfy the Principal that the circumstances of his or her family are not likely to interfere with his or her studies during the period of training. If in service they must produce a relieving certificate from their present employers.
Minimum attendance in accordance with the University rules is compulsory in each subject in order to be eligible for the University Examinations.
Candidates who are not enrolled in the Sukhadia University, Udaipur will have to submit a Migration Certificate and pay Eligibility Fee and Enrolment Fee to the University as Per rules.
Continuous absence without permission from the college for a period exceeding 10 day shall entail deletion of the name from the college roll. A student will have to pay admission fee again if considered for re-admission.
Be punctual and maintain discipline in the college, creating disturbance in the Classes will be viewed seriously.
Come to the college in neat and clean College uniform.
Always carry I-Card while in College.
Attend the classes regularly.
Maintain silence when classes are on, loose talk in college premise should be avoided.
Chewing Tobacco or taking drugs are strictly prohibited.
Make sure that no damage is done to the college property.
The college welcomes suggestions/Complaints in prescribed format and for this suggestions/complaints box may be used.
All other rules and regulations framed by the College should be followed.
All candidates will be allowed to offer only those subjects and papers for an examination as offered by the college for its regular students. They will not be allowed to offer those subjects or papers for the examination, which are not offered by the college.
A candidate is not permitted to appear at two Degree/Diploma/Certificate examination of the University in one and the same academic year.
A Failed student appearing at the examination in subsequent year shall be required to appear in accordance with the existing scheme and syllabus in force.
Suppression of any material fact in the examination/enrolment form will be viewed seriously and may lead to cancellation of examination results if contrary facts are noticed later on.
In case of failure, re-appearing or qualifying the examination later, candidate will be awarded the degree of that particular passing year.
A candidate who is not enrolled in this University or appearing at the examination for the first time shall fill in the enrolment form and submit migration certificate along with original documents with attested copies. A candidate who is already enrolled must mention his enrollment number in the specific column on application form.
In case the candidate is migrating from University/Board located outside Rajasthan, he/she shall also submit eligibility form.
A candidate who is not enrolled in the University will not be allowed to appear at any examination. A candidate not enrolled should, therefore submit enrolment application form duly filled with migration certificate in original and attested copy of mark sheets etc of the Board/ University from which he/she appeared in the senior higher secondary /Degree examination.
The original documents other than migration and T.C. will be returned to the candidate concerned after verification of the attested copies with original by the college concerned. Only the attested copies of the required documents should be sent to the university along with examination application form and/or enrolment form.
A Candidate has the option of using English or Hindi as a medium of answering paper at the examination.
Maintain silence in the library.
Each reader will get two-reader ticket after showing Identity Card.
Personal Books, Bags & Mobile are not allowed in the library.
Students will come to the Library according to their timetable.
In Case of damage of book or if a book is lost, student is liable to replace the book or to pay its cost.
Management can impose penalty for mishandling of book.
Reference books, Journals & books marked as not to be issued will not be issued to any student.
Library timings will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
No book will be issued without reader card. On damaging or misplacing reader card, it should be obtained from the office.
Student should deposit books before 7 days of exams otherwise he will not get no-dues.
Book will be issued to students for 7 days. After seven days librarian can reissue the books as per demand of students.
Fine of 5 Rs per day per volume will be levied after the due date.
Two books will be issued to each staff member.
Books will be issued for fourteen days for staff.
Readers should keep books & magazines on shelf & on magazine holder after reading them.
Classification scheme will be DDC.
Catalogue cards will be made by the classified catalogue code scheme.
If librarian goes for any official work & meetings library shall remain closed.
Every year library physical verification report will be submitted to the concerned authority with right off of books.
Book Bank books should be returned within 10 days of exams. Books should be in good condition otherwise fine will be levied.
For Book-Bank books the college will charge 20% of the cost of each Book.
